What's the company name about?

id8 is an acronym for Ideate. Ideating is a cornerstone of the strategic coaching work we do with entrepreneurs.


This is done with the entrepreneur and often includes the leadership team to discuss, debate, whiteboard, and brainstorm on strategy.


Together we craft plans, often using the F.A.S.T or O.K.R. approach to developing clear goals and objectives.


It’s all about implementation and tracking leading & lagging indicators with KPI’s that are inspected on a weekly basis.




Asking questions, questioning your answers, discussions, debate, whiteboarding, and brainstorming.
Together, we will plan, create strategies, establish goals, scheduling, and proven methods to track progress.
Implementing change, acting with decisiveness, and confidence. KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) are typically used to track results.
